So, which school is most likely to land you the job you want?

The U.S. News & World Report says the Massachusetts Institute of Technology is the top engineering college in the world. That's followed by Stanford and the University of California at Berkeley.

When the U.S. News & World report, among other publications, develops its rankings, it analyzes curriculum, programs, faculty commentary, facilities and other info.

All these schools have comparable high-quality academics, smart professors, and great campuses. But when it comes to figuring out the value of an engineering school, there's only one thing that really matters: The amount the school will help your future career.
